This is a basic hotel in a fantastic location.
We had the family joined rooms in the roof.
We walked along the beach, used the pool, loved our breakfast... read more each morning - my favourite was an omelette with onions & tomatoes, crunchy bread with delicious butter and a coffee. There was always fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and the chef wanted to get to know us and chat about what we were doing each day.
Getting laundry done was easy, just used WhatsApp to message the front desk. They cleaned our rooms, made our beds and replaced coffee packets and water bottles. They also arranged a taxi for us when Grab had no cars available. They also have airport transfer and bikes.
We zipped into town in about 10 minutes, less than 100vnd per ride. We walked to and ate at the Wild Beach Restaurant. There is also Lucky Beach restaurant near by. Esco is across the road if you want a tourist style place on the beach.
Minusing a star because the internet wasn’t fast or reliable and the front bathroom ended up smelling a bit. Also I didn’t remember there was no lift but the helper carried our bags up 4 flights. More

We have just returned from 9 nights at Santa Sea. We can reiterate what everyone has said in previous comments.
Big rain shower, bright large rooms, great breakfast, beach towels,... read more own sun beds on beach. The list goes on. Viet & his staff are the best. Loved the quiet beach area too.
I have to mention the Yang Yang beach bar, great food & cold cheap beers. The girl (who’s name we didn’t get) always had a lovely smile & infection giggle.
We didn’t travel in the best of times, with establishments in Hoi An, closing daily, during our stay, due to the threat of CVirus, however this didn’t spoil our stay, as we were very well looked after, there. 2 days before we were due to leave, our flight home was cancelled by the airline. Viet was an absolute godsend. He calmly took over, with a smile, on our behalf, due to language barrier, & our phones unable to be used in Vietnam.
He contacted the airline & booked us another flight home, including an internal flight via Hanoi. We can’t thank you enough. We will be back
